The bill suggests determining grounds and order of recognizing some organizations as terrorist ones. The respective amendments are to be made to the Code of Administrative Court Proceedings of Ukraine, as well as the laws “On the Security Service of Ukraine”, “On the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine”, and “On Combating Terrorism.”
The bill was adopted with consideration of proposals made.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1840.
